Same gifts at any quantity on bundle offers

When a bundle offer uses a Quantity selector and Free gifts, gifts can multiply as shoppers buy more. Turn on Same gifts at any quantity if they should get those gifts once, no matter how many they buy.

Before you start

• You need an offer with Quantity selector on (Volume Discount or Buy X get Y work best for this). See Add a Quantity selector to bundle offers.
• Add at least one gift under Free gifts.

Turn on Same gifts at any quantity

1. Open Section Store → Bundles & Quantity Breaks.
2. Open the Bundles / Quantity Breaks tab and open (or create) a bundle.
3. On the offer card, open More settings.
4. Turn on Quantity selector.
5. Turn on Free gifts, click Add gift, then Select gift and pick the product.
6. Check Same gifts at any quantity (help text: Shoppers get these gifts once, however many they buy.).
7. Click Save, then Publish if the deal is live.

Tips

• Leave the checkbox off if gifts should scale with quantity (for example two gifts when they buy two packs).
• The checkbox stays hidden until Quantity selector is on for that offer (or another linked volume / Buy X get Y offer that auto-switches).
• Existing live bundles keep the old behavior until you check the box and save.
